Downloads: checklists and templates for your sailing trip

All the templates from our guides on one page. To print, tick off and pass on to the crew. Free, no sign-up, no email address. Every file is right behind its link.

They are the same lists that are stored as templates in Sailto. Whatever you print here, you'll find again in the app as a list the whole crew ticks off together.

Three lists in one file: the basic kit for every trip, a summer list for the Mediterranean and one for training trips. 60 items, sorted into documents, clothing, safety, toiletries and miscellaneous.

A spreadsheet that really does the maths: enter expenses, tick the crew members involved, balance per person calculated automatically. Split mode and pot mode, for Excel, LibreOffice and Numbers, no macros.

When paper isn't enough any more

Each of these lists works on paper as long as one person keeps it. As soon as eight people are ticking off, adding things and asking questions, five sheets of paper turn into a chat group. In Sailto, the same lists can be used by the whole crew together: everyone ticks off their part, the skipper sees where things stand, and the kitty works out who owes whom.

Start for free, for unlimited trips and with no crew limit. How a trip comes together with it, step by step, is explained in the guide to planning a sailing trip.
