Invite link
Share one unique link — crew members come on board straight away, create their profile and show up in the list. No registration forms.
No app to install, no chat chaos: the crew opens a link and enters their licences, allergies and cabin preferences themselves. That becomes a cabin plan, a kitty with a settle-up suggestion, shopping and packing lists, and a safety briefing everyone confirms.
Free for as many trips as you like. Sailing clubs and schools also get boats, skippers and templates that fit again every season.
WhatsApp chaos with 20 messages about sailing licences and allergies
Spreadsheets for cabins, expenses and shopping — never up to date
Yet another app eight people are supposed to install — and two never do
Sailto solves that.
One link connects the whole crew in the browser. Everyone fills in their own profile, and the cabin plan, kitty and lists build themselves from it — sail together, plan better.
Try it nowFrom the first trip idea to settling up afterwards — Sailto covers every step.

Every member adds their name, sailing licences, allergies, food & drink preferences, snorer flag and emergency contact. The skipper sees it all at a glance.
Drag and drop the crew into cabins. Automatic snorer warning and overbooking block. The crew's preferences are shown as you go.
Record expenses, split them (split mode or pot mode), work out balances and generate settle-up suggestions with the fewest possible transfers.
Collaborative, sorted by category, with assignments. Everyone ticks off in real time — whoever is in the supermarket sees at once what's already done.
System templates by cruising area and season, the skipper's required items and personal additions — everyone sees only their own part.
An interactive briefing before casting off: every crew member confirms by name that they have been briefed — with a short comprehension check. You see at a glance who is ready.
Take over the boat systematically: assign areas to the crew and document damage straight away with photos — important for your deposit. Check-in and briefing checklists can be saved as your own template for the next trip.
Let the crew vote — on meals, harbours, activities. Single choice, multiple choice, yes/no, open questions. Send the results straight to the calendar or shopping list.
All events at a glance: arrival, departure, meals, excursions, harbour stops. Personal or boat-wide entries, visible to everyone in real time.
AI plans meals for the whole trip — tailored to crew size, cruising area and the crew's saved food & drink preferences. Generates shopping lists and crew polls directly.
Legs, weather and experiences go into the logbook, your route and track onto the map. So the trip doesn't only live on eight camera rolls.
Boat catalogue with standard cabin layouts, skipper management, organisation-wide packing list templates and a statistics dashboard for the season.
Name, cruising area, dates, boat — done. Sailto automatically creates an invite link.
Share the link — via WhatsApp, email or QR code. Participants set up their profile in two minutes.
Assign cabins, let the crew vote, plan meals with AI, fill the shopping list, record expenses. Everyone sees changes instantly — as long as there's signal.
No forced subscription, no crew limit, no credit card to try it out. All prices include VAT.
Unlimited trips
Per trip — for the whole crew, no renewal
Cheaper from your second trip
All the organising is free, for good — unlimited trips, unlimited crew members, no credit card and no expiry date. If you want the extras, you buy the Trip Pass for a one-off €14.99 incl. VAT; it then covers the whole crew.
No. The Trip Pass belongs to the trip, not to a person. One person buys it and everyone gets access — including anyone who joins later. With eight people that's €1.87 each, and the amount can be split through the kitty with one click.
No. Sailto runs in the browser on iPhone, Android, iPad and desktop. With "Add to Home Screen" you get an icon and full-screen view like a native app — without a download and without update prompts on board.
You share one unique link — via WhatsApp, email or QR code. Whoever opens it creates an account and appears in the crew list straight away. No form, no approval, no participant limit. With several boats, each boat gets its own link, so each crew lands directly on their own boat.
Everyone enters what they've paid with a photo of the receipt, Sailto keeps the balances up to date and, at the end, suggests the smallest possible number of transfers. Instead of seven payments criss-crossing, usually two or three remain.
Yes. The skipper sets up a poll in seconds — dinner, harbour or excursion, anonymous if you like. The result can be moved into the trip calendar or the shopping list with one click.
It creates a complete meal plan for the whole trip — matched to crew size, cruising area and all the allergies and diets the crew has entered. The result goes straight into the shopping list or out to the crew as a poll. It is part of the Trip Pass because every request incurs real computing costs.
No. Sailto needs a connection; only the app shell is cached so that it at least opens without signal. Reading or writing data doesn't work offline. Close to the coast in the Baltic, the Adriatic and the Balearics, mobile coverage is usually enough — on longer passages it isn't.
Yes. One trip can include several boats, and with an organisation plan you manage boats, skippers and templates centrally, including your own logo on the invitation page. Private crews see nothing of this layer — it simply doesn't appear in their interface.
On servers in Germany. We don't use ad trackers and we don't sell user data — Sailto is funded by the Trip Pass and subscriptions.
